We're excited to announce that Sarah Alasya has joined Hello Patient as our new Director of Sales. Sarah brings exceptional healthcare sales leadership and a proven track record of building national partnerships that will be instrumental as we scale our impact across medical practices nationwide.
13 years of healthcare sales excellence
Sarah joins us after an impressive 13-year tenure at Medline Industries, one of the largest healthcare suppliers in the country. She progressed through multiple leadership roles, starting as a District Manager and advancing to Division Manager before ultimately serving as Director of National Accounts, Urgent Care for six years—her most recent position before joining Hello Patient.
Her experience at Medline gave her deep expertise in the healthcare landscape—understanding how medical practices operate, what challenges they face, and how to deliver solutions that create real value. She's worked with everything from independent practices to large healthcare systems, giving her a comprehensive view of the market we serve.
Deep urgent care expertise
Sarah's specialization in urgent care is particularly valuable to Hello Patient. She currently serves as a Board Member of NERUCA (North East Regional Urgent Care Association), demonstrating her commitment to and standing within the urgent care community. This expertise and these relationships will be invaluable as we help urgent care practices—along with dental, dermatology, ENT, orthopedic, and veterinary practices—transform their patient communications with AI.
A track record of excellence
Before her healthcare career, Sarah demonstrated her sales prowess in pharmaceutical and beverage industries. At Forest Pharmaceuticals, she successfully launched Daliresp, ranking #1 for the first six months and finishing in the top 1% nationally. At Heidelberg Distributing, she grew a $1.4 million territory by $100,000 annually and consistently finished in the top three of 21 sales representatives.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a focus on Management & Strategic Leadership from Ohio University.

At Hello Patient, Sarah will be driving the build-out of our sales organization during this next phase of growth. Her role comes at a critical time as we expand beyond our early success and bring Mia, our AI assistant, to more practices nationwide.

She knows how to create national partnerships that deliver value, and she understands the consultative approach required to help practices succeed with new technology.
